Items purchased off our our Ready to Ship page that don’t require resizing will ship 2-3 business days after the item is purchased. Engagement rings need to be resized and will take ship within 5-7 business days. All other items from out website, such as wedding bands, rings, necklaces, or earrings are made to order and will ship 2-3 weeks from the purchase date. Kindly note that custom pieces are designed from scratch and there is a 4-6 week lead-time from when the 40% non-refundable deposit is paid. Most orders can be rushed within 2 weeks for an additional $500 fee.
Orders shipping to New York State addresses or picked up in New York are subject to 8.875% sales tax. No sales tax is applied to purchases delivered outside of New York State, including international orders.

Insured FedEx shipping to international address is available at an additional charge of $75 USD. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

Please note that as all Everett pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns and all items are final sale. However we are more than happy to repair or exchange an item if the product has a defect, exchanges can only be done within 7 days of receiving the piece. If an item you purchased requires repair, please contact us. We are happy to offer repair service at cost under most circumstances.
If you are purchasing a diamond ring from on our online collection, we may have to use a diamond of the same carat weight and quality but slightly different dimensions. Diamonds are not calibrated and we choose a diamond not only based on carat weight but on the beauty, shape, quality and brilliance.
All of our items are made to order, with the exception of pieces listed on our Ready to Ship page.
A note can be engraved inside rings or wedding bands up to 20 characters can be added to your order for a fee of $40. Add your engraving during a purchase, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your note and specify font.
Most in-stock rings can be resized up or down a full size before shipping at no additional fee. If your ring needs additional resizing after it is received, we charge a $75 for 14-Karat, $100 for 18-Karat, and $125 for Platinum rings. Gold or platinum balls can be added to the inside of a ring to prevent the ring from spinning. 14-Karat gold balls are $125, 18-Karat gold balls are $150, and platinum balls are $200. If you prefer not to ship your ring back from resizing, a good local jeweler is also capable of resizing your ring.
We work directly with diamond and gemstone dealers who are vetted and trusted partners. We adhere to a zero tolerance policy in regards to conflict diamonds and only purchase polished or rough diamonds that have been approved by the Kimberly Process. All diamonds are from legitimate sources and are not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. We guarantee that our diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by our suppliers.
We offer custom design services and resetting of customer provided diamonds. Custom settings generally start at $2,000. Please use our Custom Form and let us know what type of project you are interested in!

We provide a one-year warranty on the craftsmanship of all of our jewelry from the date of completion. During the first year, we will repair your piece free of charge for any structural integrity flaws. Center stones are not under warranty and will need to be insured in case of loss of stone or irreparable damage.
We recommend you add your fine jewelry piece to a homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry, which we are not liable for. It is your responsibility to ship and insure your jewelry, Everett is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to insure and track any pieces you ship to us should repairs be needed. We will return your jewelry via insured shipment.
We will replace small melee diamonds and gemstones free of charge within the first year after the piece is purchased (2mm and smaller). After the first year, should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, etc), we will replace the diamonds/stones at cost to the client. Center stones are not under warranty and will need to be insured in case of loss of stone or irreparable damage.
We recommend you add your fine jewelry piece to a homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry, which we are not liable for. Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the stones character and should not be considered a defect.

We are not partnered with any third party financing companies at the moment but we do accept a 40% nonrefundable deposit at the beginning of a project and the customers can pay the remaining 60% at their own pace. We will ship to the customer 2-3 business days after the invoice is paid in full.
Yes, we will provide an appraisal letter for your Everett pieces at no additional cost, just make sure to email an appraisal request to ali@everettfinejewelry and we will email the appraisal to you within 2-3 business days.
