Shipping
We offer free fully insured 3-5 day shipping within the US via FedEx on all orders over $250, and free fully insured priority overnight shipping within the US on pieces valued over $2500. All items over $250 will require and signature upon delivery. Rush Saturday delivery is available for an additional $150.

Please note, all items on our site that are not ready to ship will take 3-4 weeks to create, and approximately 3-5 days to ship. Ready to ship orders will ship within 3 business days of when the order is placed. Please contact us for rush orders and specific deadlines, we will do our best to accommodate but this could inquire a rush shipping charge.
Items purchased off our our Ready to Ship page that don’t require resizing will ship 3-5 business days after the item is purchased. Engagement rings that need to be resized will ship within 5-7 business days. All other items from our website, such as wedding bands, rings, necklaces, or earrings are made to order and will ship 4-5 weeks from the purchase date. Kindly note that custom pieces are made to order and there is a 4 week lead-time from when the 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. Most orders can be rushed within 3 weeks for an additional $500 fee, please let us know if you need the item rushed so we can plan accordingly.
In addition to earth mined diamonds, we now offer lab grown diamonds in standard cuts and custom cuts. If you are interested in having a lab grown diamond custom cut, please note this takes an additional 4-6 weeks to cut and acquire an IGI certification for the lab grown diamond.
Orders placed and shipped within California, outside of Los Angeles County, are subject to a 7.25% CA States Sales Tax. Orders placed or picked up within Los Angeles County are subject to a 9.5% combined State, City and County Sales Tax. No sales tax is collected on purchases shipping outside of California, including international orders. International customers will need to contact their local customs office to see what duties and taxes are incurred by their country upon arrival of the package into their country. This will depend on the total value of the order placed.
Yes! You will be notified via email with a Malca Amit, FedEx or USPS tracking number once your package has been tendered.
Insured FedEx international shipping is available at an additional charge of $100 USD for orders over $2000 USD. USPS Economy international shipping is available at an additional charge of $40 USD for orders under $2000 USD. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes collected upon entry of the package into their country.
Items over $2500 will arrive next day within the US. Depending on your location, orders under $2500 will arrive within 3-5 business days. Priority International shipments can take 2-4 business days, and International Economy shipments will arrive within 10-18 business days. Tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns
Please note that all pieces other than Ready to Ship items are made to order and all items are final sale. However we are more than happy to repair or exchange an item if the product has a defect, exchanges can only be done within 5 days of receiving the piece. Unworn, Ready to Ship items can be exchanged or returned within 3 business days, however we will charge a 15% restocking fee on returns.

Product
A handmade Italian black crepe and velvet engagement ring box with our gold stamped Everett logo is included with all engagement ring orders. A white paper craft box with our gold embossed Everett Logo tied with a silk hand tie dyed ribbon is included with all other purchases. If an item you purchased requires repair, please contact us so we can assess why type of repair will need to be done. We offer repair service at cost under most circumstances. Repairs will not include the cost to replace diamonds larger than 0.10 carats, please make sure to acquire insurance on your ring after purchase to help cover costs for major repairs or loss of larger stones. We can provide prepaid insured overnight shipping labels to return a ring to us for repairs, the cost for shipping varies depending on the value of the ring but typically falls within the $100-$200 range for round trip shipping.
If you are purchasing a diamond ring from on our online collection, we may have to use a diamond of the same carat weight and quality but slightly different dimensions. Diamonds are not calibrated and we choose a diamond not only based on carat weight but on the beauty, shape, quality and brilliance.

All of our items are made to order, with the exception of pieces listed on our Ready to Ship page.
A personalized note up to 20 characters can be engraved inside rings or wedding bands for an additional fee of $40. Add your engraving during a purchase. We have over 300 additional unlisted font options, please email ali@everettfinejewelry.com for a full list.
Most ready to ship rings can be resized up or down a full size before shipping at no additional fee. If your ring needs additional resizing after it is received, we charge $225 for 14-Karat, $250 for 18-Karat, and $300 for Platinum rings. Gold or platinum sizing beads can be added to the inside of a ring for friction which will help keep the ring from spinning. 14-Karat gold balls are $250, 18-Karat gold balls are $275, and platinum balls are $325. If you prefer not to ship your ring back for resizing, a reputable local jeweler is also capable of resizing your ring but please note this will void the warranty. We can provide prepaid insured overnight shipping labels to return a ring to us for resizing or repairs, the cost for shipping varies depending on the value of the ring but typically falls within the $150-$250 range for round trip shipping.
We work directly with a select few diamond and gemstone dealers who are vetted and trusted partners. We adhere to a zero tolerance policy in regards to conflict diamonds and only purchase polished or rough diamonds that have been approved by the Kimberly Process. All diamonds are from legitimate sources and are not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. We guarantee that our diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by our suppliers.

Custom Orders
We offer custom design services and resetting of customer provided diamonds. Custom engagement ring settings generally start at $2,000. Please use our Custom Form and let us know what type of project you are interested in!
Custom pieces are designed from scratch and there is a 4-6 week lead-time from when the 50% non-refundable deposit is received. Orders can be rushed within 3 weeks for an additional $500 fee.
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty on the craftsmanship of all of our jewelry from the date of completion. During the first year, we will repair your piece free of charge for any structural integrity flaws. Center stones are not under warranty and will need to be insured in case of loss of stone or irreparable damage.
We recommend you add your fine jewelry piece to a homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry, which we are not liable for. It is your responsibility to ship and insure your jewelry, Everett is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to insure and track any pieces you ship to us should repairs be needed. We will return your jewelry via insured shipment.
We will replace small melee diamonds and gemstones free of charge within the first year after the piece is purchased (2mm and smaller). After the first year, should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, etc), we will replace the diamonds/stones at cost to the client. Center stones are not under warranty and will need to be insured in case of loss of stone or irreparable damage.
We recommend you add your fine jewelry piece to a homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry, which we are not liable for. Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the stones character and should not be considered a defect.
Payments
We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Bank Transfer, Cash or Check. Please note, we cannot accept Venmo as a form of payment.
We are not partnered with any third party financing companies at the moment but we do accept a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the beginning of a project and the customers can pay the remaining 50% at their own pace. We will ship to the customer 2-3 business days after the invoice is paid in full.
Other
Yes, we will provide an appraisal letter for your Everett pieces at no additional cost, just make sure to email an appraisal request to ali@everettfinejewelry and we will email the appraisal to you within 2-3 business days.
